Shipping Policy

We provide shipping to the United Kingdom Only.

 

Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands:       

We are able to ship certain products to Northern Ireland and the Scottish highlands for a delivery fee. Please contact us before you place your order for a quote, we will then contact your after your order has been placed to arrange delivery. For delivery to Northern Ireland, you (the Buyer) may be liable to pay a customs duty charge.

International shipping:

We do not provide international shipping on our products and only ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 5:00PM are processed for immediate shipment within 5 - 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. If you have purchased heavy or bulky items we may deliver this with a 2-man delivery service and book in a specific time & day that is convenient with you.
